The documentary "Distance is not so distant – Overseas Chinese along the Belt and Road " won the jury selection of the Beijing International Film Festival and the Eurocinema Geneva Film Festival, and will be screened by the Hungarian National TV 5 during three consecutive days, starting September 29. Hungary chose to broadcast the film during China's National Holiday, fully reflecting the understanding and respect between the two nations. Counsellor for culture and education at the Hungarian Embassy in China, Dr. Szonja Buslig Andrea, said that this movie will "further shorten the distance between the two nations, and will open new avenues of friendship".
